Terms & Conditions
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. We apply a 5% salon fee to all services at checkout.
Appointments: We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.
Cancellations: We have a 24- hour cancellation policy. Any cancelation received less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the full service price.
Payment: We accept all major credit/debit cards, apple pay, check and cash. At this time we cannot add gratuity payments made by card.
Product Return Policy: All sales are final. Items can be exchanged only within 14 days of purchase.
Service Satisfaction: In the event that you are not satisfied with your service, we ask you to please contact us and schedule a redo of your service within 10 days of your service visit.
Security: We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
